We are excited to announce opportunities for residential providers to sponsor individuals receiving services through Virginia's ID/DD Waiver Program. If you are a potential sponsor provider with a commitment to fostering independence and providing quality care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, this is a great opportunity to support meaningful community integration and personal growth for our clients.
Looking for a Sponsor Residential Services?
in this service, up to two individuals reside in the home of a professional provider, becoming fully integrated into the family. The family caregivers deliver the majority of required services, and may employ other trained and certified workers to assist with care. These substitute caregivers are thoroughly trained and instructed to carry out all services according to the Individual Plan for Supports (PFS). This service is available to adults of all ages Our dedicated staff offers ongoing support to create a nurturing and encouraging environment where individuals can live meaningful lives. This could be your new FOREVER home!
